I am Lisa Xia (夏晓琴), a Satir Model counselor, trainer, and conference interpreter based in Wuhan, China. I support individuals and organizations through counseling, professional training, and cross-cultural interpretation.

About
A gentle, integrative approach
My work is rooted in the Satir Model and integrates psychology, embodied practice, neuroscience, and perspectives from traditional Chinese medicine. This integration is not a collection of techniques but a consistent way of asking one question: how can a person reconnect with themselves, with others, and with the force of life?
I hold a national Level II counseling qualification in China and have long worked in counseling, training, translation, and organizational development.
